About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in Aberdeen, working in a port environment on behalf of offshore energy clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing material deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
  • Coordinating with Warehouse personnel to extract and load materials for transport, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with Agency, Freight, and Warehouse departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Performing additional duties as required to meet the needs of the business, including occasional quayside attendance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Current, clean, UK valid driving licence and ability to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience of working within a positive health and safety culture and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
