About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at NOV Inc in Kintore. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the receipt and storage of materials, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading lorries and vans
  • Receiving and processing materials into our computerized stock system
  • Verifying material certification against purchase orders and standards
  • Picking and issuing materials both physically and electronically
  • Participating in daily cycle counting and reporting stock discrepancies
  • Assisting with stocktaking and preparing delivery paperwork
  • General administration and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • General High School education (or equivalent)
  • Previous stores experience an advantage
  • Forklift License (desirable) - training provided
  • Computer literacy (MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (desirable)
