About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in Aberdeen, working in a port environment on behalf of offshore energy clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing material deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.
- Coordinating with Warehouse personnel to extract and load materials for transport.
- Maintaining accurate records of materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Collaborating with Agency, Freight, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Delivering items to vessels and collecting items from vessels as required.
- Performing additional duties as needed to support the business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a port or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of using Word and Excel.
- Current, clean, UK valid driving license.
