We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our close-knit team based on the outskirts of Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our advisers, working at a senior level to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our advisers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a high level of service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Coach and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Carry out analytical work and request documentation as required, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
- Conduct research prior to meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our advisers.
We are looking for an individual with experience in an IFA office or provider, with a strong understanding of financial services administration. You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. A flexible approach to work and a commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential.
