The Data team at SentinelOne is dedicated to providing a world-class data platform that empowers customers to collect, retain, and analyze their critical data. With the exponential growth of data volumes, users, and types, we need a modern architecture that addresses the new data requirements of enterprise organizations. As a Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in bringing this platform to customers and supporting them in their mission to affordably collect and retain their most valuable asset - data.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a sophisticated sales strategy to generate revenue from Strategic Accounts across the region
  • Partnering with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
  • Collaborating with channel managers to build pipeline and grow the assigned territory
  • Staying up-to-date with SentinelOne's competitive landscape and effectively communicating the value of our solutions and services
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
What Skills and Knowledge Do You Need?
  • Proficiency in English, with a strong background in big data platforms, data lakes, streaming analytics, and log management
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Architect, with a BS/BA degree or equivalent technical experience
  • Strong code writing skills, with experience in C/C++, Shell, Perl, and Python
  • Background in cloud providers, such as AWS, Azure, and Google, and technologies like Kubernetes
  • Ability to demonstrate product value and use cases, both customer-specific and generic
  • Experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive or alternative technologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations
