**Bluebolt Recruitment** is seeking a skilled **Manufacturing Engineer** to support the manufacturing process in Carlisle.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IFS PMRP Software, or similar business system manufacturing support software. They will also possess strong engineering administration skills, including machine building and project administration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drawing transmittal for purchasing assistance and logging.
  2. Part number creation for materials and commercial parts/spare parts.
  3. Making/buying route decisions for transferred parts.
  4. ECO processing, releasing, transferring, updating product structure and shop orders (process capable).
  5. Technical information standardization, updating, logging, and issuing.
  6. Machine spares creation in IFS, sharing information.
  7. Preparing drawing packs/barcoded labels.
  8. Understanding/running PMRP.
  9. PMRP input for inventory part transfer, product structure, VMI, shop order request generation, shop order creation, etc.
  10. Updating barcoding system with project information.
  11. Creating/updating routing templates.
  12. Creating/updating routings for new parts.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
  1. IFS PMRP Software or similar business system manufacturing support software e.g. SAP; MS Access, Excel, Word.
  2. Manufacturing, systems, or industrial engineering experience.
  3. Machine building/engineering administration.
  4. Project administration.
  5. Engineering development systems experience.
  6. Quality assurance experience.
  7. Manufacturing planning.
  8. Systematic and goal-driven.
  9. Ability to break tasks down to step-by-step actions and drive results.
  10. Previous experience in a similar role.
