Mentor Children and Young People towards Positive Change

">- Provide individualized coaching and mentoring services to children and young people.
- Engage with participants, assess their needs, and develop tailored coaching programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the programme.
- Evaluate participant progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for our website and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in programme design and implementation.
- Display empathy and understanding when working with vulnerable populations.
- Utilize Microsoft applications effectively.
- Estimated Salary: £28,200 - £32,200 per annum based on location and experience.
- Location: Leicester.
- Contract: Permanent - Full Time.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
