Job Summary:

As a key member of our hospitality team at Gloucester Rugby Stadium, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests during matches and events. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a high-quality drinks service, address guest inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a Warm Welcome: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Order Processing: Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner, ensuring seamless service.
  • Drink Service: Serve drinks to guests according to our high service standards, exceeding their expectations.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments using our point-of-sale systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the stadium, events, and services, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and well-organized, including tables, counters, and serving stations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setting up and breaking down hospitality areas before and after events, demonstrating your flexibility and teamwork.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and replenish bar supplies to ensure availability for guests, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient operation.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures, prioritizing guest and staff safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking: Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, with the physical stamina to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift.
