Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in a hospitality role, including customer service, teamwork, and communication.
  • Work across various parts of our development, including reception, bar, restaurant, and café, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
  • Study a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification and access a bespoke learning and development programme to support your career growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve our goals and objectives.

  • A keen interest in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
