Your Role

As a Support Worker with Rehability UK, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to live their best possible lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping individuals to engage in meaningful activities and experiences

• Supporting with personal care and hygiene

• Assisting with medication administration

• Supporting with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning

• Accompanying individuals to medical appointments

Requirements

• Previous experience working with adults with complex needs
