Sous Chef Opportunity at a Stunning Hotel and Spa

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel and spa in Fareham. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure food preparation and presentation meet required standards
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy
  • Supervise and motivate the team when required
  • Comply with hotel's health and safety and food safety legislations
  • Monitor portion control, fresh food, and dry store orders
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar role or establishment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Passionate about food
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operations to the next level
