Job Description: Vulnerable Parent Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Elim Housing as a Vulnerable Parent Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with vulnerable parents in Bristol, providing them with the support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the strengths, support needs, and risks of each client, developing a tailored programme of support. This will involve working closely with external agencies to safeguard and facilitate the effective delivery of support. You will also promote opportunities and encourage education, training, and employment, helping clients to identify and access suitable move-on accommodation.

Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. A competitive salary of £29,000 - £35,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays), company pension scheme, and flexible working options.
