This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Professional, working closely with our Smokefree Liverpool Team. As a motivated and customer-focused individual, you'll play a vital role in helping members of the public access our services and other public health services if appropriate.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- To work collaboratively with the Smokefree Liverpool Team to promote our services and support clients in accessing them.
- To maintain accurate records and data, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between teams.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in word processing software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
