About the Role:
Professional Technical Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Service Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service engineers' efficiency.
- Conduct safety audits as required.
- Conduct toolbox talks with engineers.
- Run ride-alongs and shadow engineers' work.
- Enhance the business portfolio through strong account management.
- Provide training exercises with engineers.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background in lift engineering.
- Experience in lift servicing.
- Ambitions to develop from Supervisor to Manager.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience leading or managing small teams as a Supervisor.
