Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure continuity of services. You will assist residents with their personal hygiene needs, recognizing and addressing clinical risk areas, and providing courteous and respectful care. Your focus will be on ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. You will also be responsible for practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks, including assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. With a thorough induction and training program, you will gain the skills and confidence needed to excel in your role.
Avery Healthcare offers a competitive salary of £20,500 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and development programs, employee discounts, and a supportive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
