About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children aged 3 and 4 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in delivering a fantastic program that aligns with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Coordinate group activities for a multi-activity day camp, ensuring the well-being of the children under your care.
  • Organize engaging games, assist with various activities, and work closely with Group Leaders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun for our young campers.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has a positive attitude, and is able to work independently. You will need to be available to work during school holidays and possess the legal right to live and work in the UK.

Previous experience in childcare or a related field is desirable, but not essential. We are happy to provide training and support to ensure your success in this role.
