Job Title: Early Years Programme Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Programme Coordinator to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps. As an Early Years Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring that all activities and sessions are engaging, enjoyable, and meet the needs of our young campers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-quality Early Years programme that meets the needs of our campers
  • Lead a team of Early Years staff to deliver activities and sessions
  • Ensure that all activities and sessions are safe, fun, and engaging for our campers
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Early Years programme and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Camp Manager to ensure that all Ofsted requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education
  • Significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and how to apply it to a camp setting
