About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children aged 3-4 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in delivering a fantastic program that aligns with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Coordinate group activities for a multi-activity day camp, ensuring the well-being of the children under your care.
  • Organize engaging games, assist with various activities, and work closely with Group Leaders to ensure a seamless experience for the children.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
About You
  • 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK
  • Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
  • Have initiative and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (training will be provided)
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous camp experience
  • Paediatric first aid
