Job Title: Head of Partnerships UK

As a key member of the HelloFresh team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the partnerships strategy for the UK market. This role requires a strong understanding of the affiliate and partnerships landscape, as well as excellent business development and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive growth and revenue for HelloFresh in the UK.
  • Manage a team of 6 people, including business development and account management functions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the UK market.
  • Oversee the delivery of affiliate and partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh Group in the UK.
  • Develop and manage high-volume key partner pipelines to recruit onto the established partnerships program.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the affiliates and/or partnerships landscape, with a strong focus on business development.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Profound knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to solve difficult problems.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times (role dependent).
