The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cafe, hospitality, or high street coffee shop management, with a strong background in customer service and event planning. They will be responsible for building relationships with members, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and developing member-focused programs and events.


Key Responsibilities
Member Engagement

  • Cultivate strong relationships with members and create a sense of community within the lounge
  • Regularly interact with members to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement member-focused programs to increase engagement and retention

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional service and align with the club's values and standards
  • Manage stock and deliveries to ensure top-quality products are available to members
  • Maintain high health and safety standards in the lounge, focusing on cleanliness and food hygiene

Driving Revenue

  • Develop strategies to increase footfall and revenue from members
  • Plan and execute special promotions and seasonal menus to boost sales and engagement
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure the lounge is profitable

Event Management

  • Plan and coordinate exclusive member events to create a unique and enjoyable experience for members
  • Collaborate with the team to create and promote events that align with the club's culture
  • Ensure events run smoothly and meet the high standards of the lounge
