We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waiting Team Member at Littlecote House Hotel. As part of our dynamic and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow into a key role within the Hospitality department.

About the Role

As a Waiting Team Member, you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment each guest arrives. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay with beautiful views to look at wherever they are onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a memorable experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve the guest experience
