We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Property Business Leader at the Spicerhaart Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary

Your estimated annual earnings potential as a Property Business Leader is approximately £50,000 or more, depending on your performance and ability to build and manage a successful business. This includes a competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year, uncapped commission, and profit share opportunities.

We offer a fully employed position with flexibility and autonomy to work from home and in an office environment. This role is ideal for those who have at least 4 years of experience in the estate agency sector and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to grow their skills and expertise.

Job Responsibilities
  • BUILDING AND DEVELOPING A STRONG ESTATE AGENCY PROFILE IN A DESIGNATED CORE AREA
  • MAKING DECISIONS ON TARGETED MARKETING AND CANVASSING STRATEGIES
  • DEVELOPING BUSINESS CONTACTS WITH LOCAL CONSTITUENCIES AND CONVERTING MARKET APPRAISAL OPPORTUNITIES INTO INSTRUCTIONS
  • Oversight of the sales process from initial contact to completion

You will receive comprehensive support from our learning and development team, including training and coaching to help you grow your business and achieve success. The role requires a high degree of entrepreneurship, with the freedom to shape and develop your own business within our framework.
