Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd is proud to be working with a reputable Estate and Lettings Agency in recruiting for a seasoned Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market appraisals, prepare detailed descriptions, manage listings, and promote properties to applicants through effective CRM practices and social media channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the department's success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property sales is essential.
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A clean driving license is required for travel to client sites.
