Cyber Security Policy and Standards Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Policy and Standards Lead to join our team at Pontoon Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting up policy and standards for the Operational Technology Services Network (OTSN), working with risk leads and the business to establish a governance and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, technical specifications, work specifications, and technical guidance for the OTSN network.
  • Lead the development of technical strategies and create policies, procedures, and technical specifications for the OTSN network.
  • Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Develop and manage the process for Network enhancements to standard designs.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to influence policy and standards.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge in an operational network environment.
  • Experience of developing policies, procedures, technical specifications, work specifications, and technical guidance notes.
  • Understanding of a regulatory regime and network change management processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Asset Management System, including business drivers and planning requirements.
  • Numerate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • High level of attention to detail.
