Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Compliance Analyst to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our data governance and management team, you will be responsible for developing and driving our data governance and data management agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on data management and governance to ensure alignment with our data standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data standards, ensuring alignment with global and regional policies.
  • Contribute to the adoption of data standards across the business, influencing compliance and maturity.
  • Analyse processing and control activities, developing remediation plans and monitoring progress.
  • Create and maintain controls and monitoring assurance plans, providing clear metrics and insights.
  • Develop and implement governance record keeping improvement plans, deploying enhanced operational controls.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of data management best practices, including data governance, security, quality, and risk management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of policy frameworks and business process management.
  • Experience in making sound decisions, taking responsibility, and implementing changes within the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership.
