ESG Sustainability Specialist

At Environmental Resources Management (ERM), we are seeking an experienced ESG Sustainability Specialist to join our team. This role will involve contributing to large, global projects and ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on business and human rights, including supply chain risk management.
  • Develop repeatable processes, frameworks, and toolkits for clients to support their ESG goals.
  • Support ESG due diligence on key drivers to increase value and reduce risks, focusing on the social component.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory drivers, including the CSDDD, Modern Slavery Act, and Norwegian Transparency Act. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge of commercial and operational risks from conception through to project delivery.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you share our values and believe in sustainability, we encourage you to apply.
