Project Coordinator - Estates Management Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Eden Brown. This temporary position, lasting 3-6 months, offers a competitive hourly rate of £20-£30.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Estates Management team by coordinating various aspects of the Capital Expenditure (CapEx), Capital Expenditure Request (CER), and Stock Condition Survey (SCS) programs. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining asset investment plans, tracking and updating project data, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. As an equal opportunities employer, we value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Estates Management team in developing and implementing asset investment plans.
  • Track and update project data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
