About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cellar and Logistics Staff to join our team at Sodexo Live. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage services and logistical support for events at Craven Cottage, home of Fulham FC.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the setup and breakdown of bars, cellars, and service areas before and after events
  2. Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of beverages and supplies
  3. Safely handle and transport kegs, crates, and other beverage stock
  4. Work closely with the bar and catering teams to ensure smooth event operations
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including storage rooms and cellars
What We're Looking For
  1. Must be over 18 (due to the nature of handling alcohol and stock)
  2. No prior experience necessary, though logistics or stock management experience is a plus
  3. Ability to lift and transport heavy items (kegs, crates, etc.)
  4. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  5. Availability to work evenings and weekends
  6. A team player with a strong work ethic
