Technical Coordinator Opportunity

A dynamic and ambitious regional housing development business in Devon is seeking a driven and motivated Technical Coordinator to join their established team.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Senior/Technical Managers on 1-2 sites in the local area, assisting with managing engineering and working drawing packages to ensure high-quality homes are built while obtaining necessary technical approvals.

Key attributes and experience required:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally 2 years
  • Experience within the house building field
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Good understanding of the planning process
  • Good knowledge of section agreements, including 104 & 38
  • Confident in supporting on large sites
  • Organised
  • Commercially aware
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Driven and self-motivated

A competitive salary and package is on offer, along with a good mix of site, office, and home working. The company is happy to consider both experienced Coordinators and assistant/trainee TCs looking to stay in the role for at least the next 2 years before stepping up to Technical Manager.
