About the Role:
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to work in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision in Sutton, supporting pupils with Autism.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN pupils and be able to provide tailored support to meet their individual needs. The role requires patience, understanding, and a passion for helping others succeed.
As a teaching assistant in this provision, you will be responsible for carrying out behaviour management in line with the school's policies and procedures. You will also support pupils inside and outside the classroom, accompanying them on their academic and personal development journeys.
