**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an organised individual to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking accurate meeting notes to support formal HR investigations and hearing panels for case management, including grievance, disciplinary, reviews and appeals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department
* Take accurate meeting notes to support formal HR investigations and hearing panels
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
**Requirements:**
* Flexibility and ability to work independently
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Organisation and time management skills
* Attention to detail and active listening skills
* Previous experience in note taking
**What We Offer:**
* A guaranteed hours contract with a minimum of 100 contracted hours per year
* Part-time and flexible working hours during normal business hours (Monday to Friday)
* Opportunity to work from home and on University campuses
