Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at CV Bay Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the service and repair of a wide range of Refrigeration and AC Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair of Refrigeration and AC Equipment, including Upright and Under Counter Fridges and Freezers, Display Fridges, cold rooms, ice machines, cellar cooling, bottle coolers, Vrvs, Vrfs and Splits
  • 80% of your time will be spent on Refrigeration and 20% on Air Conditioning
  • Work with a variety of clients, including pubs, restaurants, petrol stations, medical centres and labs

Requirements:

  • FGAS certification
  • NVQ level 2 refrigeration and air conditioning (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in field-based Refrigeration and A/c engineering

Package:

  • Basic salary up to £37,000
  • 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Door-to-door paid
  • Callout 1 in 6 - £100 standby
  • 30 days holiday plus birthday rising to 34 in 12 months
  • Overtime expectancy
  • Company vehicle - Transit Custom Limited with personal use if opting in
  • Fuel card
  • Mobile phone
  • Company uniform
  • Extra day off each 5-year service
  • Pension 4% during first 5 years, 5.5% year 5 to 10 and tops out at 7% of basic wage for remainder of time with company
