Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile individual to fill the position of Multi-Skilled Receptionist. This exciting opportunity will see you working across various front-of-house functions, including reception, food and beverage, and reservations.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, handling check-ins, check-outs, and responding to queries.
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Support the Reservations and Back Office Teams as needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in English and have a 'can-do' attitude. You'll also require strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, inclusive of:
