Job Title: Deputy Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hospitality Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

Job Summary:

The Deputy Hospitality Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of high-end events, including banquets, formal dinners, and exclusive functions. This role requires a strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing high-end events, including banquets, formal dinners, and exclusive functions.
  • Collaborate with chefs to design and deliver nutritious, well-balanced menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining premium quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated catering team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Build strong relationships with school Bursars, Head Teachers, and faculty to ensure smooth event execution and ongoing collaboration.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within high-end or luxury environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with high-profile clientele.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standards.
