Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects across all RIBA stages, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with current UK building regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered and RIBA chartered.
  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification, with a strong track record of delivering projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience of using these tools in a commercial setting.
