Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our dynamic team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and on-site teams to ensure technical drawings meet specifications and projects are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their briefs and main requirements.
  • Produce concepts and develop designs for project proposals, working closely with the design team.
  • Liaise with on-site teams to ensure technical drawings meet specifications and projects are running smoothly.
  • Prepare tender presentations and submit applications, showcasing the company's expertise and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Architect with experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Experience using ArchiCAD and/or MicroStation, with a strong understanding of design software.
  • Full UK drivers license, enabling travel to sites across the country.
