Project Architect Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects across all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, contractors, and the wider team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Manage a small team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with current UK building regulations and industry developments

**Requirements**

* Significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification
* ARB registered
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience working on residential and commercial projects
