Regional Director

As a Regional Manager at One Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the food services within our Instore cafes. You will work closely with multiple site-based clients, managing relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of unit managers to deliver exceptional food services.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance and exceeding client expectations.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Team Support: Monitor and support your team, recognizing training needs and potential.
- Labour and Cost Management: Manage labour and controllable costs within all units.
- Commercial Acumen: Have a commercial mindset to deliver profitability within the units.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience at a senior level, leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results.
- Catering Background: Previous multi-site catering background with P&L responsibility.
- Client Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Brand Guidelines: Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
