  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of unit managers to deliver exceptional food services.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance and exceeding client expectations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Team Support: Monitor and support your team, recognizing training needs and potential.
  • Labour and Cost Management: Manage labour and controllable costs within all units.
  • Commercial Mindset: Deliver profitability within the units with a commercial mindset.
Essential Skills:
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience at a senior level as an Area/Regional manager, leading and inspiring operational teams.
  • Catering Background: Previous multi-site catering background with P&L responsibility.
  • Client Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Brand Guidelines: Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
