**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Mentor to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Learning Mentor, you'll play a key role in providing 1:1 support to students who require additional guidance and encouragement to achieve academic success.

**Responsibilities:**

Deliver high-quality mentoring services to students in a virtual environment

Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs

Provide regular feedback and support to parents/carers

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £25-£30, paid weekly. In addition, you'll receive access to free safeguarding and CPD courses, as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.
