**Job Description:**
Remedy Education is a renowned tutoring service that provides high-quality instruction in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as SEN/SEND Tutors, working with students to enhance their understanding and performance in these subjects.
About the Role:
This role involves delivering one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions to students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning engaging and accessible. You will work closely with students to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored approaches to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective tutoring plans to support students' academic progress.
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions, utilising a range of teaching methods and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in education or a related subject (e.g., a degree in English, Maths, Science, Education, or equivalent).
- Experience in tutoring or teaching core subjects.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and exam requirements for English, Maths, and Science.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about helping students succeed.
- The ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
