About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in French and Spanish, ensuring that students meet their full potential.
  2. Student Progress and Development: Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  3. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop curriculum content, and contribute to departmental meetings.
  4. Inclusive Learning Environment: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a culture of respect, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.
  5. Supporting Student Success: Support students in achieving their academic goals, empowering them to become confident learners and communicators.

Requirements:
  1. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a similar teaching role, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
  2. Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both Spanish and French languages, enabling effective communication and instruction.
  3. Lesson Planning and Delivery: Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality instruction, meeting the needs of diverse learners.
  4. Classroom Management: Excellent classroom management skills, maintaining a well-organized and productive learning environment.
  5. Commitment to Student Development: Commitment to student development and academic excellence, with a focus on individualized support and guidance.
  6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
  7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
