The Role:

Executive Director Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the executive team and other relevant roles. As the leader of the charity, the CEO will interact with staff and volunteers across Beat, setting a successful and positive culture to enable the organisation to meet its objectives.

The CEO will build and manage relationships with numerous stakeholders, including donors, politicians, and experts in eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your leadership expertise to develop and deliver organisational strategy, key targets, service improvements, and change management within a similar-sized and complex organisation.
  • Demonstrate effective resource and budget management, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and responsible stewardship of valuable resources.
  • Foster and nurture effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with various organisations inside and outside the research, healthcare, and charitable sectors.
  • Showcase strategic development and lead-inspiring people/organisations, developing effective partnerships.
