About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as an Inpatient Booking and RTT Manager. As a key member of our Elective Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of Inpatient bookings and RTT validation services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a new challenge and make a real difference to patient care.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage the Inpatient Booking and RTT validation process, ensuring that all patients receive timely and efficient treatment. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure that patients' needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. As part of our team, you will be expected to attend regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
