Salary and Benefits: £25,000 - £35,000 per year, based on experience. Flexible hours available. Driving licence essential for traveling between schools and nurseries.
Job Description: Teaching Assistants and Nursery Nurses are required to provide academic support, maintain a positive learning environment, and assist with daily routines and activities. The ideal candidate will have Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications, experience working with children, and knowledge of the National Curriculum or Early Years Foundation Stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support class teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
- Help prepare learning materials and resources.
- Support students' social and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents.
