About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Years Learning Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  2. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help, adapting to their individual needs and learning styles.
  3. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any subject or equivalent qualification.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children and young people.
  3. Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An attractive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
