Lead the Way in Care Excellence

Care UK is seeking a visionary Home Manager to spearhead the delivery of exceptional care at our Oxbow Manor Care Home. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of care home operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to all staff, fostering a culture of care and compassion.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the financial management of the home, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external partners, promoting a positive reputation in the community.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Home Manager role, preferably in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and accounts, ensuring financial stability.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Capacity to drive innovation and improvement, raising standards through creative solutions.
