Lead the Way in Care Home Excellence

Care UK is seeking a visionary Home Manager to spearhead the success of our Oxbow Manor Care Home. As a leader in care home management, you will be responsible for driving excellence in all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to all staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a caring environment that adheres to the latest guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home, aligning with company policy and objectives.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with residents, relatives, purchasers, and external agencies, upholding a positive reputation in the local community.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Home Manager role, preferably in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Proven ability to control and manage budgets and accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Capacity to innovate and raise standards through new ideas and initiatives.
