Lead the Way in Care Home Excellence

Care UK is seeking a visionary Home Manager to spearhead the delivery of exceptional care at our Oxbow Manor Care Home. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving innovation, improving standards, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring a high-quality care experience for residents.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective financial management, aligning with company policy and maintaining a positive reputation in the local community.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with relatives, residents, and external agencies to build trust and confidence.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Home Manager role, preferably in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, accounts, and staff, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation, with a commitment to upholding these standards.
  • Ability to drive innovation, improve standards, and foster a culture of excellence.
