Care Services Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the welfare of our Caregivers daily, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance throughout their shifts.
- Recognize the daily challenges encountered by our Caregivers and propose effective solutions to remove barriers that impede optimal care delivery.
- Ensure safe and effective care for all clients under the stewardship of Visiting Angels.
- Adhere to the standards established by the Registered Manager, as well as legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship to Senior Caregivers and Caregivers.
- Foster and maintain a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Advocate for and implement the policies and procedures of Visiting Angels.
- Stay current with care and management practices, participating in necessary training and development opportunities.
- Oversee the supervision and annual evaluations of all Senior Caregivers and Caregivers at designated intervals.

Qualifications Required:
- Legal authorization to live and work in the UK.
- Health & Social Care Level 3 qualification (preferred).
- Previous experience in domiciliary care.
- Supervisory experience in a relevant field.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Access to a vehicle for client visits.
